Our Team
Casey Messer, DDS
Dr. Casey Messer was valedictorian of her Marinette High School class and graduated summa cum laude from Northern Illinois University with a degree in Biological Sciences. She went on to graduate magna cum laude from Marquette University School of Dentistry with her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. One of her main priorities is to provide her patients with a comfortable and caring environment. It’s of primary importance to her to build rapport and trust with them in order to provide the best possible care. While discussing a personalized treatment plan, Dr. Messer always likes to be extremely thorough and make sure that patients understand why she recommends certain treatments; ultimately, the treatment plans are a joint effort to give patients the confidence and smile they’ve always dreamed of.
Administration
Maureen – Administration
Maureen is originally from Menominee, Michigan. After graduating from Menominee High School, she went on to attend Northwest Wisconsin Technical College for a few years. A career on the administrative side of the dental field was a natural choice for her because she is a people person and loves talking to patients. She joined our Green Bay Smiles team in the spring of 2023. When it comes to her overall approach to this work, Maureen always wants people to get the best care possible and to receive the treatment that works best for their individual needs. In addition to her welcoming personality and way with people, she brings to our office a great deal of experience working with insurance. Her favorite thing about working in our office is the people she gets to work with. Outside of work, Maureen loves spending time with her husband of over 10 years, Sam; their two wonderful kids, Colin and Ellie; and their dog. Her family loves sports, camping, swimming, and cheering on their favorite teams: the Packers, Brewers, and Michigan Wolverines. One interesting fact about Maureen: the first time she ever flew on an airplane was December of 2022, when she was almost 40 years old!
Gina – Administration
Gina is originally from Kingsford, Michigan. She has spent over eight years working in the dental field, most recently as the office manager of her previous employer. This experience, along with her communication skills, attention to detail, and welcoming disposition, has made a very positive impact on our team and our patients. She is truly a team player, committed to helping out her teammates wherever she can. And she always places patient care at the center of what she does. Outside of the office, Gina enjoys spending time with her husband, their adult son, and their three dogs. Some of her favorite activities include camping, going to concerts, and gardening.
Angela – Administration
Angela, one of the newer members of our administration team, joined our office in the fall of 2023 and had an immediate positive impact. She is originally from Denmark, Wisconsin, and graduated from UW-Stout with her B.S. in Food Merchandising and Distribution. Angela understands that not everyone looks forward to going to the dentist, but she always enjoys chatting with patients, sharing a laugh, and putting them at ease. She likes helping patients see that it can actually be a pleasant experience to come to the office. She appreciates the fact that Green Bay Smiles has a warm, caring, and fun group of dental professionals who always focus on setting our patients’ minds at ease. When she isn’t at work, Angela loves to travel and spend time with her family and friends. She is also very involved in the community — she has volunteered for over 15 years with the Brown County 4-H program and is currently the 4-H Dog Project Leader and a volunteer with the Denmark Trap Team.
Dental Hygienists
Kim – Dental Hygienist
Kim grew up in Wisconsin Rapids. From an early age, she wanted to enter the dental field in order to help people see the importance of oral health to their overall health. She earned her degree in dental hygiene from Northcentral Technical College in 1986, where she was awarded the Carol Bauhs Benson Scholarship. Kim joined our Green Bay Smiles team in December of 2018, and she has had an immediate positive impact on our patients and office. One of the things she likes best about our office is that everyone works together and chips in where needed to deliver the best care possible for our patients. When she’s not at work, Kim loves to spend time with her family, especially her husband, Scott, her three grown children, and her grandchildren. Some of her favorite activities are gardening, sewing, biking, and being involved in her church. She has also had a great time racing sail boats on Lake Michigan and in Green Bay. Kim is also an active member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association and the Wisconsin Dental Hygienists’ Association.
Stacy – Dental Hygienist
Stacy was born and raised in Bellevue, and she still lives and raises her family in that community. She graduated from Green Bay East High School and went on to study and earn degrees in Dental Assisting and Dental Hygiene from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. Stacy then earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Concordia University, graduating magna cum laude. She works part-time as dental adjunct faculty at NWTC helping in various roles, as well as teaching Dental Health Safety/Infection Control. Stacy knew she wanted to enter the dental field as early as 7th and 8th grade, when she was in braces and always loved going to the dentist’s office. She firmly believes that all patients should have enough information to make their own informed choices for their dental health. She stays current by taking many continuing education courses and reading dental journals. What she enjoys most about Green Bay Smiles is the family-like atmosphere and, with that, the overall friendliness and helpfulness of our team. Outside of work, Stacy loves to spend time with her family, especially her husband, Rob, their two children, Emily and Noah, and their chocolate lab, Ruger. While her two young children keep her very busy, she also enjoys baking, hiking, and watching Packers games.
Jennifer – Dental Hygienist
Jennifer, one of our experienced and talented dental hygienists, was born and raised in Kingsford, Michigan. After graduating high school, she earned her associate’s degree from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. Having worked as a hygienist in the field for a number of years, she joined our Green Bay Smiles team in the spring of 2022. When it comes to her approach to dental care, Jennifer always focuses on helping patients to improve their dental routine, while introducing them to treatment they didn’t know could help them. In addition to her skills and extensive experience, she brings to our team a welcoming and positive disposition, in addition to her commitment to patient education and care. Outside of the office, Jennifer loves to spend time with her husband, their two daughters, and their dog, Chloe. Some of her favorite activities include traveling, hiking, and running.
Jenna – Dental Hygienist
Jenna joined our Green Bay Smiles team in the summer of 2023. Originally from Green Bay, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point and went on to gain her associate’s degree with honors in Dental Hygiene from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. What drew her to the dental field was her experience growing up with a great dental office and shadowing that program during high school. Jenna’s biggest emphasis when it comes to dental care is education about oral health to give patients the knowledge for a healthy mouth and body. Her knowledge of dental products, her communication skills on the way to forming relationships with patients, and her compassion for everyone who sits in her chair make her an invaluable addition to our team. Since joining Green Bay Smiles, she loves how friendly and welcoming everyone is — having been our patient before becoming our hygienist, she loves helping patients love their smiles the way our team did for her. Outside of work, Jenna loves to spend time with her husband, Logan, and their two golden retrievers and two cats. Her favorite things to do are spending time on the water — boating, kayaking, jet skiing, and paddle boarding. She also loves to travel and has been to a few different states and two other countries. One interesting fact about Jenna: she loves the Christmas holiday so much, she has a Christmas sweater for every day of December.
Dental Assistants
Cristina – Dental Assistant
Cristina is a Dental Assistant at Green Bay Smiles, bringing a genuine passion for making a meaningful difference in every patient’s life. A graduate of NWTC, Cristina joined the Green Bay Smiles team in 2024 and has quickly become a warm and caring presence in the practice.
Cristina believes in building close, one-on-one relationships with each patient, taking the time to truly get to know the people she works with. For her, the most rewarding part of her work is witnessing the real impact that great dental care can have on someone’s confidence and quality of life. She has a particular passion for dental implants and loves being part of the transformative results they can bring.
When new patients walk through the door, Cristina makes it a priority to help them feel seen and comfortable from the very first visit. She’s not just here to assist — she’s here to connect.
Outside of the office, Cristina has a fun and creative side. She’s been playing piano since she was nine years old and is also a proud keeper of pet chickens! Her warmth, curiosity, and care for living things — feathered or otherwise — shine through in everything she does.

Kimberly – Dental Assistant
Meet Kimberly, a Certified Dental Assistant with three years of experience and a genuine passion for making patients feel at ease. Kimberly earned her CDA certification from NWTC in 2023, and her path into dentistry started early — having braces as a child and always looking forward to her dental cleanings sparked a lasting interest in oral health care.
Kimberly has a special enthusiasm for crown and implant procedures, and she truly shines when working with patients who feel nervous about being in the dental chair. She understands firsthand how intimidating dental visits can feel, and she finds it deeply rewarding to help anxious patients discover that dental care can be calm, comfortable, and even positive.
Outside the office, Kimberly is proud to be part of a large, close-knit family — she is one of seven siblings. She loves staying active at the gym and enjoying walks, and she is a self-proclaimed movie enthusiast, making it to the theater at least 15 times a year. Her warmth and down-to-earth personality make her someone patients are likely to recognize and look forward to seeing at every visit.
Jessica – Dental Assistant
Jessica joined Green Bay Smiles as a Dental Assistant in August 2026, bringing six years of assisting experience with her. Jessica graduated in Illinois in 2020 and has been working chairside ever since.
Family is at the heart of Jessica’s life. She is part of a blended family with seven kids and two grandkids, and one of her favorite traditions is cooking Sunday dinner for everyone. Comfort food and soul food are her specialties. When she isn’t in the kitchen, you can find her outdoors hiking, kayaking or camping, or cheering on the Milwaukee Bucks. The Color Purple and Steel Magnolias are two of her all-time favorite movies, and her favorite colors are pink and green.
Jessica’s experience and love of family make her a welcome addition to the Green Bay Smiles team.
